What we collect
When you submit the case review form we collect the information you provide: your first name, phone number, and optionally your email address, state, and a description of what happened. We also record the page you submitted from and the time of submission.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to evaluate whether you may have a claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and to contact you about it. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How we contact you
By submitting the form you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your potential claim. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Calls and call recording
We use call tracking to understand which marketing brought you to us. Calls to our office may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call.
Retention
If we take your case, your information is retained as part of the client file in accordance with our professional obligations. If we do not take your case, we retain your inquiry only as long as needed for our records.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. Email info@consumerwins.com and we will respond.
